I'm not sure mastered what part of my repair but you did an amazing job. Complete with aftercare for the next 90dys. I had superior customer service from Tyi who kept me updated on the progress of my repair and had my car running with a.c on, which showed concern for my comfort. It was a nice touch like the chocolate on the pillow. Thanks Gerber Collision. I will spread the word on Yelp

I am not satisfied with the “repairs” that were made I think better training and more communication is needed at this location. If they knew that they couldn’t fix it then they shouldn’t have done it and made us pay $500.

My tire was not correctly fixed and the people at the front desk made it feel as if this was not their problem when I am the one paying. They also tired to blame this on how many miles my car has which is ridiculous! When I brought this up to a superior I was sent to a different shop for them to look and they confirmed the tire was not straight. Then i was told I might have to pay more to fix what they already “fixed”. I would recommend better training for the employees and a better set of eyes since you can clearly see the tire was not fixed. Do better next time! I would not recommend sending anyone to this location anymore they aren’t very welcoming and understanding of your situation.

Amanda was great, there were problems when getting my car back and she reached out to me even with me leaving a voicemail on the recorder (which she didn't know because it was Friday night) asking about my car. I was able to tell her what was going on brought it in next business day and car is basically BRAND NEW! Amazing!
