This was our first time working with Gerber collision. It definitely was a pleasure working with Andrea. Same day of our accident I was able to bring my car in for pictures, shortly after given a drop off date. Repairs was finished on time. Also I was getting updates during the process so that was great to be kept in the loop. The repairs are amazing definitely pleased with the work. I would recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends If they are in need of repair.

I was very pleased with the repair, the service and interactions with all employees, loved that they vacuumed and washed the car and great customer service. I wish the repair could have been done on the originally scheduled date but apparently that was due to a difficulty getting the part so I won't fault them for that. Free donut was a nice touch. Andrea was very helpful and personable.

Gerber associates were polite and very efficient. They gave me a car damage assessment appointment fairly quickly and always kept me informed about the progress with repairs to the car. All dealings with personnel were friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car much earlier than I expected. The repairs were flawless and fully detailed. I highly recommend Gerber for any auto body work!
