It’s so bad I will advise people to go to another place. I just picked my car up the very next morning I hit another deer and I am not going back to Gerber I am going to caliber Gerber is 0 stars

Repair Quality

Communication is horrible. They extend service by ordering defective parts.

Customer Service

Service was great. Communication did not match that standard.

My vehicle looked brand new

Customer Service

I received a text on Tuesday, July 14 that my vehicle was ready, so called to confirm later that day and was told it wouldn't be ready until later that week and that I would receive a call when it was finished. A couple of days later, I received a follow up text reminding me that my vehicle was ready. So, I spent an additional 3 days in a rental vehicle because of incorrect information, and never received a call.

Work is good. Communication is poor:realistic & accurate timeline estimate is needed (I was told to wait 2 weeks to bring it in after original estimate & that repairs would take 2 weeks - that's 6 weeks I did not have a car); I was told it would & would not need to go to mechanics shop - both, several times; "updates" were received via text but contained no information about what work was being done - only ever-changing finish dates. I felt that because insurance was covering the cost, I, as the car owner, was completely out of the communication loop. Lastly, when I picked the car up after a month in the shop and the air conditioner didn't work ( was workingfine when dropped off)- -- it was fixed while I waited a hour or so - but surely that should have been checked before pick up. Again, quality of actual work was good - communication was poor.
