My experience at Gerber was exceptional. The process was flawless and seamless. They took care of everything, from dealing with the insurance company and rental car company. Everything was seamless. Norma, the receptionist and David Diaz provided thorough service with the inspection and paperwork that needed to signed. When I dropped off and picked up the car, Norma had made arrangements for Enterprise to pick me up and made arrangements for them to pick the car up at Gerber. David explained exactly what was done on the car with the paperwork listing all the repairs that were made, along with providing to Allstate the inspection with updated costs. I will always recommend Gerber to anyone who gets in an accident for great service.
