Overall repairs were great, just a minor door noise issue. I mentioned it when they were looking at the damages about the door noise and he said it might just be normal as someone else mentioned the same problem and it was just the noise of the door for them. Unfortunately that door where the impact of the accident occurred still makes the noise and none of the other doors on my car make a noise. Also, I did have prior water damage to my car because of the sprinklers in front of my house but when they washed my car at the end they poorly washed it and left water all over it including windshield rear trunk inside the doors and side mirrors. I only had water damage on the sides and wheels and now there is water damage completely all over the car due to the wash afterwards.. I don’t want to make a bad review of give back poor feedback as everyone was friendly at gerber but maybe just take into consideration the customers concerns and not try to rush the project I did get back my car in 4 days which was awesome but I’m still not satisfied completely plus the additional water damage

Norma at the front desk was very helpful and she even arraigned for my rental car company to come pick me up after my consultation for repair was done. Marco was outstanding! He kept me appraised throughout the process with frequent updates on my vehicle. My truck looks great . I am very happy with the service and professionalism. Well done! 👏👏
