The service from Gerber was excellent and their professionalism and updating me twice weekly at the minimum was outstanding. I wondered why this Gerber location was recommended while other locations are closer and I see now. I would recommend Nick and Cheryl without hesitation. They’re the best.

The team here was fantastic from start to finish. The gentleman who assisted me from intake was very thorough. He kept me updated all through my claim, and I never had to reach out for updates. You guys are above and beyond in terms of communication. The body work done to my vehicle was also fantastic. I’m so bummed I can’t remember the guys name I worked with - but truly, he was incredible. I trusted him the entire time, and he was amazing to deal with.
