It was my understanding that one of the employees had car trouble and couldn’t make it in on Thursday to finish my vehicle. I also heard that the employee came in after hours to complete my car after he got his car fixed!!! That’s what I call excellent customer service! My only important request was to have my car done before the weekend, and they delivered! And my car looks great on top of that!!! So hats off to that employee!!! 🙌🏻 I hope I never HAVE another mishap or accident! But if by chance I do I will be back! And I’ll recommend Gerber Collision on 23 Mile rd to friends and family.
