I had the worst experience, my car got damaged in transport to another facility and I was not notified that the car getting moved and I have trash in the paint and I ask for a door to be fixed in the initial inspection quote and the t was not ever done, also Gerber didn’t do what the promised to take up the rental after insurance ended and I had to submit charges. Which I never heard anything back. So no I’m not satisfied.

The service was professional and we we continuously informed about the progress of the vehicles repair and received a courteous welcome from the receptionist/admin specialist upon arrival, followed up by a thorough maintenance brief prior to departing. We we well briefed on the warranty as well.

Communication was helpful, work was well done but amount of time to complete repair was two weeks beyond original date of expected completion. What was extremely disappointing were the extensive grease smudges left in the interior of my car above my drivers visor, on the inside door frame cloth drivers side. Hoping I’ll be able to remove. Totally surprised to find, reflects careless work to protect my car.
