The complete GERBER Collision Repair experience was great. Billy Branton and Chris Ledbetter are awesome people to work with. I received daily communication on my repair from the time it started until the day I picked my vehicle up. The repair is flawless and I appreciate the friendly and professional environment that was provided at the Somerville, Alabama, Gerber repair facility.

Billy was easy to get ahold of for updates. My car was clean and ready when they said it would be. The customer service was really good and they were easy to deal with. Billy is positive person and was always on top of where we were in the process. I would recommend for sure!

Gerber did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle in a very reasonable time. They were very helpful and corteus. They also returned some parts that were requested by me that were replaced. Excellent job.
