I was never contacted notifying me that my repairs were being delayed. I only knew because I called for status. The portal was never updated with the new date of 8/14 and I never received any further notifications past 8/3. I did call on 8/10 and ask but the receptionist disputed me saying it was updated on her end. I asked that she have my rep call me but didn't hear back. When the vehicle was finished my only notice was a text with no phone call.
