Next time you call a customer, make sure you tell them exactly where you were towing their car because when they called me, I thought it was Southwest Highway and for some reason, I okayed it for that location, but it was South Holland, which almost sound the same as southwest Highway

The Receptionist, Yolanda, is very customer friendly and clear spoken. She is very welcoming. She handles business very professionally. Made me feel like part of the family while I sat in the reception area. Actually didn't want to leave when it was time to go. Enjoyed her energy. She showed she could work and chew gum at the same time. I observed her manner on the phone and she was very courteous and polite on the phone. Could not ask for better. Also, the person who interacted with me directly in giving the estimate of the damages and ensuring everything was in order when it was time for the car to be checked out to me deserves commendation as well. He did not rush when he was doing the final protocol before releasing the car to me.
