Mixed feelings, the staff appeared nice and polite, and the window is replaced. The interior was cleaned up as far as glass and that is good. However the scratch on the door, they were able to buff out, great right, but then it appeared as though more than the door was done, and more on the side of the truck, but there was obvious buffing residue at the end of the box, and even my wheels were cleaned, but on one side? That part was unnecessary in my opinion. The fender and the door would have been more than enough, I only hope that was a one off situation, being that it is a work truck. The window works fine and the scratch is gone, all other work seemed useless. I do appreciate the service staff and the exterior clean up looked nice enough but if more than the scratch was going to be done it world have been nice if the complete presentation was done, or maybe only what was required.
