I felt that Stacey understood the disheartening effect of my situation of damaging my "new" used cuv within my first day and the importance of the vehicle and ran with it carrying out the best redo that could be done. Obviously the team behind him doing the physical work of the project followed through the process as the cuv looks beautiful, worthy of the make. In fact better than when I purchased it a week ago. Now like new. The team must have really stayed on this one as it was finished two days early. Also as a bonus it was offered to install my bug screen when I return for a hood sticker, thank you! And I appreciate the use of the Yukon while the work was being done.
