What a relief to know the repairs to my Dodge Charger would be taken care of by the Gerber team on 53rd in Spokane. Today my wife and I picked up our newly repaired Dodge and we were definitely excited to see the beauty of our shiny black beast, sitting out in the sun, just waiting to get back on the road. We appreciate the estimator for his knowledge of repairs needed and his frequent communication with us and our insurance provider (when necessary) during the entire process. At no time did we feel the need to contact Gerber because we were receiving frequent texts with updates and reassurances on the repairs, as well as being offered the opportunity to contact them if we felt the need. From a customer service standpoint and as the customer, I feel I must share that prompt and frequent communication is so extremely important and also very appreciated. Outstanding customer service, by keeping the customer in the loop, and the professionalism of those in the shop, in taking a messed up vehicle apart and putting it back together in such beautiful condition are all great attributes of a good team environment. Our stunning black Dodge Charger is now parked at home and is eagerly and not so patiently waiting to get on with our next great adventure. Our hope is that this may be our only experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. We are also confident that the team at Gerber is the best and most efficient in Spokane and we certainly would not hesitate returning. I guess I could go on and on with my satisfaction, but our next adventure is waiting!! A huge thank you and yes, a job well done.
