Kelly was great and made the experience easy and eliminated many of the worries and stress that accidents can create. So far everything looks great that was a required repair - even though the extra touch up paint I asked for looked less than ideal. But Kelly and her constant follow ups made the experience perfect. Maybe in another five years I'll need more work done and come back. Thanks again Justin

Gerber was nice and did a good job. The only problem I had was when I went to pick up my car, the battery was dead. They had drained it by having the internal lights on.

The Spokane team did an exceptional job! Not only did the repair but arranged for the rental car, and had them there when I dropped off my car. On top of that great service, my work schedule changes on short notice and the completed the repair a day earlier than promised so I had my car back for an out of state business trip! I've used this shop for all my body work in the past 25 years (when it was Swanson's) I was relieved to see familiar faces when I first went into Gerber. I will continue to use your shop, although hopefully not too often. :)
