For a $15,000 repair, I expected a much more thorough quality inspection and road-testing process. After pickup, I noticed a pronounced vibration around 50 mph. I live 4.5 hours away and returned to another location to have the tire rotated, but the vibration persists, raising concerns that the vehicle was not properly road-tested at highway speeds. Closer inspection also revealed: - Uneven, narrowed door jamb with poor alignment - Missing seam seal - Touch-up paint over a door scratch - Oversized fender hole Metal creaking during sharp turns has me concerned there’s more damage to the frame - The front left tire was replaced, not balanced and is much newer than the other side likely the cause uneven wear These issues make me concerned that other major problems may not have been properly repaired or identified. On a positive note, the office staff were consistently kind, professional, and accommodating. I appreciate their customer service, but I remain concerned about the quality of the repair work and final inspection.

I would highly recommend Gerber collision to anyone who needs body repair on their vehicle . This was my first accident and I had not heard of this company before but was recommended by LMC and it was an excellent recommendation.

Other companies could learn from Gerber collision on how to provide excellent customer service. From Kendall and Vanessa in the front office to the body shop everyone communicated constantly, so I was always up-to-date on the latest information on where my vehicle was in the repair process. They handled everything for me, including contacting the car rental facility to come pick me up and then when I came back to get my car, I could leave my car there and they handled the return to enterprise rental.

When looking over my hood there was debris cleared in and chips cleared over on the hood. Fix the paint job on the hood.

I do not recommend this place. I took my vehicle in for a repair, but eventually had to take it to the dealer to fix the work they had done. The wiring was not properly installed, causing multiple warning lights to come on. I ended up paying over $200 extra to correct the issue. Very disappointing experience and poor-quality mechanical work.
