Used you several times in the past with mixed results, but I won't be coming back for any more work in the future. Came to pick the car up, it wasn't right and the battery was dead because the light was left on in the car. Was told the car was ready a week later came back and it's still not right but that's just the way it's gonna have to be is basically what I was told. Car battery was dead again and a tow truck came out to get into the car and damaged the trim on the window frame. Called and spoke with the manager to seek some reimbursement help on the dead battery, got a lot of confrontational questions and decided it's not worth fighting over. Multiple jumpstarts on the car likely burned out one of the headlamps which I had to replace as well. Just a lack of attention to detail and taking care of the customer.

They were confused because they didn’t know I had an appointment on Thursday after confirming with someone prior on the phone. They said they weren’t going to work on it until Monday and charge me extra. However, it was all sorted out but there is someone on that end giving false information that they take cars on Thursday.
