The folks at Gerber did a phenomenal job. They expressed experiential knowledge and care throught the entire process. Luis did a 5 Star, top tier job of understanding the issue and explaining how the fix worked. Deleny's communication, care and thoughtfulness was above and beyond what I have experienced in the past with other vendors. She gets a 5 Stars rating for being awesome! The techs who worked the fix did a solid job and get 5 Stars as well. Overall, excellent work as their reputation shows and I will definitely bring my cars to them in the future.
