I would not recommend this shop because my vehicle was returned with serious unresolved issues after requiring multiple jump-starts during the repair. Since pickup, it has repeatedly failed to start and experienced camera and acceleration problems. The shop has denied responsibility and left me facing additional towing, diagnostic, and rental costs.

I brought my vehicle to the shop in drivable condition with no recurring starting issues. While it was in their possession, I was told it had to be jump-started multiple times. After the repairs were completed, the vehicle repeatedly failed to start, the backup camera malfunctioned, and I experienced delayed acceleration followed by sudden surging. The vehicle is now undrivable, and I am being told to pay additional towing, diagnostic, and rental expenses. I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of the repair and the way these post-repair issues have been handled.

The staff repeatedly dismissed my concerns and refused to take responsibility for problems that began immediately after the repair. I was told the vehicle had been jump-started multiple times while in the shop, yet when it repeatedly failed to start afterward, I was told it was simply my battery and that I would need to pay for towing, diagnostics, and another rental. The communication and handling of this situation have been unacceptable.
