Gerber Collison at Fullerton Rd. Was a great disappointment. Not longer I will be using their services. I received no discount or compensation for extra rental expenses nor for lost of income on thrusday the 18th The 3 day work for changing the bumper on my Odyssey. was not rendered by thrusday June 18th as was promised. Mr. Akash postponed for Friday 19th when I arrived the car wasn't ready. I needed to continue renting the car thrusday and lost of income delivering services. They knew from the beginning that I was renting a car not through insurance. I received no discount, credit or compensation from mr. Kamal arrogant demeanor. Only an apology from Ms. Raquel.

After further inspection, I found additional alignment and fitment issues around the front bumper and headlight assembly, with visible gaps that were not present before the repair. This further raises concerns about the quality of the workmanship and final quality control process.

I am extremely disappointed with the repair quality and customer service. The headlight failed on the same day I picked up the vehicle. Despite returning as instructed, the issue was not resolved until my third visit. Now, after only three days, the plastic panel near the repaired area is misaligned and does not fit properly (see attached photo). Multiple return visits and ongoing quality issues have caused unnecessary inconvenience and a loss of confidence in the workmanship.
