First place I’ve had hail damage repaired and I didn’t have any problems. The hail storm that came through here back in April affected so many people so I’m not surprised that it took a few extra days to finish. Thanks!

Tracy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She walked me through every step of the process. The dent crew made my car look brand new, just like it had looked before the damage, if not even better. Great estimation for the damages. Highly recommend their service and will come back for future repairs. I also got a ride to the store for car pickup from Gerber which was so nice. Thanks!

The only outbound communication I received was: to initially delay my repair and to find out what tint I had on my vehicle. EVERY OTHER TIME I had to reach out. There were numerous, unnecessary delays. Waiting on parts should rarely happen. My repair was scheduled, inspection and initial estimate done months prior. If parts are delayed, get better suppliers.

The repairs are good but I was told it would only take 10 days or less. My vehicle was at the body shop for 32 days. With so many other body shops in the city, that was very frustrating, disappointing and unacceptable.
