Replaced windshield was fine, but Statefarm estimated the broken windshield and right rear quarter panel had a dent, not hail damage, but person estimating did put that down as needing repair and State Farm sent a check for repairs. GerBer did a good job on glass said they could not fix the dent,. I thought GerBer was in the business of body damage. They did keep full amount of check,which made cost of winshield $3400. Didn’t think that was quite right. Oh well, I will have to find a body shop that knows how to remove dents. My thought is is they are not capable of repairing dents, or just don’t want to because of amount of work, they probably should re-imburse State Farm , $3400 seems high for a windshield. That’s just my thoughts. Have a good day

I would recommend if someone uses Gerber ask a lot more questions on the process and what to expect. The work was excellent but the timeframe was not good for me 4 1/2 weeks was way too long.

Didn’t fully repair. Pulled hail dents with no paint repair, claiming they weren’t from hail. Also claimed hail damage to windshield was all rock damage so I had to go somewhere else to get that repaired. Didn’t fix issues on sun roof so have to go to a third shop for those repairs. Definitely do not recommend.

Called multiple times with no return call, if anyone will even answer. Had to go in the shop to get an update on my car, they had no idea if it was even at their shop or was possibly towed to another shop for repairs.
