I had an amazing experience, I have never had a shop work with me as good as gerber did, the guys in the back did an amazing job on my fender and door repair but I really have to commend John on his quality of service and commitment to customer satisfaction. He was attentive and constantly kept me updated when something happend or a milestone was reached, i wish i could describe how pain free and easy john was to work with! Everyone that helped me went above and beyond to make sure everything was right! I can honestly say that I don’t have one single complaint about anything start to finish. I’ve found my body shop for life, 10/10!

Everything was awesome, John was extreamly helpful and attentive, and the techs did a great job, only issue I had is the door handle after repair was unhooked and when I brought it back they immediately pulled me around to the shop and fixed it, I would pay a lot of money to get shop advisor half as good as John at other shops. Overall stress free and amazing experience!
