This is not the shop that I would have chosen, but this is where the insurance company had it towed. For the repairs, they were much higher than other placed. I got the car home and parked in my driveway and some kind of fluid, possibly transmission or radiator has leaked completely out and their attitude about being responsible was, we will call the insurance company and get it diagnosed and it could be from the accident that happened 3 months prior. There is no way this is a coincidence when this car has never had any issues with leaks before or after the 3 months after the collision prior to taking it to Gerber Collision & Glass. When I pointed out the front hood was not flush with the quarter panels, I was told to rin back sometime and they would take care of it. Also, I was told they would let Enterprise car rental know the car was there, that was not done either. I received a call from Enterprise the next day asking when I would be turning it in and I informed them that I had turned it in at Gerber as instructed and they said they were not notified that the rental was left there. I'm not taking the car back for them to diagnose anything as they said and would not recommend this shop for repairs.
