I found out that the issue with the wheel that started making noise only after your team replaced it was definitely something that they caused themselves by doing subpar work. It could have easily been fixed before you gave the car back to me if you had even tried to see what was making the noise. After finding out this information, I would like to change my previous answer of "satisfied" to "unsatisfied".

The entire staff (from the original estimate, excellent communication about the status of repairs, bringing me back home after I dropped off my car, to bringing the car home after repairs) was EXCELLENT, CONSIDERATE AND KIND! The repairs were GREAT, too, but the staff was superb!!!
