I was so pleased with your service. I dropped my car off almost a week early because of a storm and having someone help shuttle cars. I did not anticipate you would get to work on it early. I was so happy when you called on the Friday and said it was getting close hopefully by the Monday. It was not finished on Monday but Tuesday. So I had my car back in one day after the repais were to start. I will definitely be back.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Clear communication, fair expectations, frequent updates, and the work was done before promised. The staff went over and above to make sure we had a great experience. We got text messages updating us as the work progressed. They even returned our repaired automobile in cleaner condition than when we dropped it off! The repairs were done correctly, and you can't tell there was ever any damage. We highly recommend Gerber!

At this time I would not reccomend your shop due to the finished product of the paint and the lack of communication.

Overall the repairs were great but the finish of the paint was unsatisfactory. There is noticable "orange peel" and dirt particles in multiple spots on the hood, fender, and door. I'm also unhappy that I was not contacted and asked if I would like the front license plate holder painted since I requested to have the front bumper repainted. Seems common sense to do both and now the clear coat peeling off the license plate holder sticks out like a sore thumb against the freshly painted bumper. Communication from Joe was less than satisfactory. Each time I had to reach out to him even after he said each time he would call me. Given the time that the truck was left with your shop I expected better in return. I was even told by Joe my truck was put aside to get other small projects done and the finished product on my truck looks hurried up and not a lot of care given on how it turned out.

Already stated previously communication from Joe was not good. I was treated kindly in person while on location but lack of communication was a major issue while my truck was at your shop. I also requested to have my original headlights back due to them being SVT special headlights and I believe they were thrown in the trash even though they were not broken. All I was offered when I picked the truck up was my leaking sliding rear window and broken rear window surround. Neither of which I requested to keep when I dropped the truck off.

The people at Gerber collision are super friendly. They don't talk down to you and explain thing in an easily understandable manner. I was kept aware of the progress of my car both by phone and by text. My car was completed before promised. This is a great shop and I would recommend it to anyone.
