Poor paint work

The paint on the finder that was fixed has what looks like paint chip bubbles. The original scrap looked better. This is the second time I have taken my car to this office for insurance repairs. I was happy with first work until this time. Looked closer at the first repair and found the same thing. Will be taking my care elsewhere to get paint work fixed. Already talked to insurance about issue.

Great service. They provide periodopic updates on how far along they were in repairing my car. They complete the the job 2 days before they said they would. Wow 😳 I hope I never need to use Gerber again but if do, they are the only shop I will use in Springfield. I highly recommend them. Quality work at fair price.

I heard that the business had changed names but they had kept almost all employees of what was once St Louis Auto Body collision repair. I have had work done under the previous owner and employees and was completely satisfied so I was expecting the same results. Gerber didn’t disappoint. Same quality work. Very satisfied thus far.

We were in Springfield, MO for a month before heading to Florida. Gerber was able to get our truck in and repaired in time for us to continue on our way without delaying it scheduled departure date. They did a great job and truck looks like new again.
