Quality of the repair was alright. I dropped my truck off with one problem and picked it up with 15 new ones. I also wasn’t told about extra parts need d for the repair until after I had paid. My rear backup sensors didn’t work and there were deep scratches in the side of my bed along with other horrible flaws done on their part. Truck was done in 5 days with a repair that should’ve taken 10. The mistakes were easy for me to spot I don’t know how they didn’t. They were quick to fix their mistakes but I was out my truck for another 4 days. Wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Super nice and friendly at first then when I went to pickup my truck Jon was rushed and rudely told me not to rate If it wasn’t a ten star review since they are graded. When he should’ve said what can we do to make it a ten.

I would not take my vehicle any place else! From drop off to pick up Gerber kept me informed. I had no problems with insurance claim. The work was done on time and I am super satisfied! They worked with me when I had to make special arrangements to pick it up after hours. A very pleasant experience.

I picked up my car and was elated with the interior/ exterior cleaning they performed as an extra. It felt like I was driving a new car when I left the shop.
