I specifically asked and was advised all the notification lights were cleared but the tire sensor light was still on. I brought my vehicle in with the front left tire sensor on after hitting the rock and left with 3 tire sensors offline. They had been checked in December and one replaced. It took over an hour to get my vehicle at the designated pickup time so I did not have time to go back in. I called the next working day and was told they probably all went bad at the same time. Everything else went well and it didn’t take long to fix. If not for the tire sensors I would give 10/10.

Beginning with my first contact with Gerber glass and collision, everyone was very nice, even though it was hectic after the hail storm. They had a system that was working well. Reception was nice and calm, even though she was bombarded with people. They were keeping track of who came in at what time, for an estimate. From the moment I was introduced to Matthew, who completed the estimate on my vehicle. I knew my vehicle would be in good hands! He was very thoughtful and professional. He took his time, maintained a cool, and Confident demeanor. The repairs took less than 2 weeks, and I was kept up-to-date on repairs. My car looks amazing! Thanks Gerber!
