A different Gerber Collision (Wornall Rd in KC) initially repaired my car after my accident and did a sloppy job. About a month after the repairs, I took my car to the dealership for a 24,000 mile service. The dealership informed me that the lug nuts on my wheel were loose and that they were unable to tighten them. They also mentioned that one of the lug nuts was missing altogether. I called Gerber Collision (Wornall Rd) to discuss the issue and spoke to Jason (manager). He was extremely rude and defensive. He blew me off and even insinuated that the dealership was lying to me. Luckily, I involved my local Gerber Collision location (Lemay Ferry STL) and they were amazing--especially Taylor the GM. She reached out to Traveler's for permission to take a look at my car and give a second opinion. After the mechanic looked at my car, Taylor called me back and apologized profusely saying she was appalled by the work that had been done on my car in KC. Several dangerous mistakes had been made. The front stabilizer link was missing and a tire and lug nuts needed to be replaced among a slue of other issues. The repairs were so extensive it ended up costing an additional $1,300. It is completely scary that I was driving my car in this condition. I am so thankful for Taylor and the group at Lemay Ferry STL. That being said, I absolutely wouldn't recommend the Wornall Rd KC location to anyone.
