I figured they would at least clean the inside and outside of the window that they replaced and possibly vacuum up the shattered window that was still on the floor on the door and on the seat... But NNNNOOOOOOO $10 for shop supplies... a couple rivets or screws... I was pleased that they did it within an hour and got it right in if that's any consolation.

I do appreciate the fact that they were able to get it in on such short notice. The technician told me "I can't not guarantee I won't break anything after all it's an old car". I told him, " Be very careful then!" The glass was dirty when I brought it in and I expected that they would clean both sides of it before installing it which is what I'd expect from professionals but they didn't before installing it. I expected the broken glass around the driver's seat to be vacuumed out or at least picked up the majority of it, it wasn't. When I close my door now, the inside door release pops out of the door panel which it didn't do prior to the window installation at Gerber! For a professional shops such as that, it was a substandard installation in my opinion after all the window was not even cleaned before or after, the broken glass was still laying all over the driver's side of the car floorboard, and the inside door handle release pops out of the door panel now when I close the door!

I appreciate the fact that you were able to get me in immediately but I was extremely taken and rattled when the technician came right out and said first of all " I cannot guarantee that I won't break anything after all it's an old car!" I told him to be very careful then! I was unsatisfied that the window was still dirty inside and outside when I brought it it wasn't even cleaned before it was put on, the broken glass from the old window was still laying all over the interior of the car in that vicinity I would think that a professional shop such as yours would have taken a few minutes to vacuum that out and to clean the window prior to putting in, and the door latch on the inside keeps popping out now when I shut my door as if a tab was broken or something. Just because a vehicle is old is no reason to show it any less respect than a brand new one!
