Paint looked OK. But they left the supports off the radiator and didn’t recharge the air-conditioning.

The car was brought from Johnson City to Syracuse after it was completed. It sat for three days before they sent it back to Johnson City. No communication at all even the Johnson City store couldn’t get a real answer. Very disappointing.

Although the car was not finished when initially promised, I know things happen and just getting my car back finished , cleaned and detailed, with no issues as of today, was worth the extra wait

Although my vehicle took longer then initially expected, but i was made aware it might. I was kept up to date every few days, it was nice to know the progress. The finished product looked awesome, my vehicle was cleaned, detailed and given back to me in better condition that i left it. I am from Phila and was going to wait until i got back to get the vehicle repaired. I followed the recommendation from Allstate Ins and used them. That was a great decision on my part.
