The office staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I was a little disappointed with some of the repairs. One of the doors they repaired was not the correct one, and there was an uneven gap. It also seemed like the door was missing some foam padding inside. This is the passenger door, and because I take care of my 85-year-old mother, it is very important to me that all quality and safety standards are always met. The repair took two weeks, and when I received the car, one part was still missing. The part has not arrived yet, so I will have to bring the vehicle back again in two or three weeks to replace the door and install the missing part. Also, after driving the car for two days, I had to take it to a mechanic because of a noise that was not related to the accident. The mechanic noticed that some tape had been left around the fuel filler neck/opening. This experience taught me that it is very important to have your car checked by a mechanic after any repair.
