The window pops when you roll it down and doesn't roll all the way up and the technician left glass shards in the vehicle. I am notifying USAA about this on Monday. And Gerber tried to charge us even though it was covered by our insurance

Some of the staff weren't overly friendly, but were at least efficient. There was a little confusion when I came to drop off the car and I feel like the front desk person didn't realize I was coming in and couldn't find my paperwork.
