I had a rental car from Enterprise and the air conditioning started blowing hot air 4 days before I was supposed to get my car back. Enterprise never called me back to give me a new car and Gerber sincerely apologized and gave me a free car wash for next time. Great service and friendly staff.

Shop used a used part without my knowledge and I only found out because the door was in poor shape and not hung properly and upon reading the parts paperwork I saw the 'used' part and only upon asking they said, oh yes it's a used part. Had to redo the repair with new oem parts...

The folks at Gerber were wonderful! They made the whole process easy and convenient. Literally all I had to do was fill out a tiny amount of paperwork. The rental car came to me while I was at Gerber's and I dropped it off there too. I was kept in the loop regarding my repair process and if I couldn't answer the phone, Bryan left a message. Alexis, the front desk lady (I'm sorry if I got her name wrong) walked me through the whole repair/rental car process. The entire event was made bareable by the Gerber team. Thank you!!
