Ultimately satisfied, however, there were initial communication issues with the repair shop (ultimately resolved very nicely thanks to employee Brian). Repairs took considerably longer than expected. Farmers Claims Dept initially had us lined up with the wrong Gerber shop, and the shop technician had difficulty reaching insurance adjusters who were located in another time zone! My local agent (Lesieutre) was fantastic and very supportive throughout the process and helped get things done. Many thanks to Mike and Lori there!
