I was very pleased with my overall experience. Staff were polite and friendly, and were flexible and worked with me around my schedule. They communicated with me regularly throughout the process. I also appreciate that they followed appropriate COVID guidelines. The repairs were done quickly and thoroughly, and my car was returned to me clean and in good working order.

Because this repair was an insurance claim on another driver's insurance, the shop was not conveniently located for me or many people in my circle, but I would recommend it to people who are located closer to it, or are willing to go out of their way a little
