Constant updates then 4 hrs before car was supposed to be ready I was called stating they received the wrong parts. I was called when parts were received 1 week prior. Took 5 days to get parts and car was ready - that includes sat and sun- but if I was renting a car that would be 5 more days rent. Picked up car but after driving a few miles noticed AC wasn’t working. Went back and the guys fixed

Price on painting a few replacement parts was more than a good used car. Take it easy on the high profit margins. 4400 to paint hood , bumper cover and fenders. Bought a car for 4095

Excellent & communication from start to finish. Received both text & phone updates on status of repairs - both Ethan & John were very courteous and straightforward when we talked. My truck repair looked great when I picked it up - they even washed it and cleaned the interior! As we are all dealing with the ‘no-contact’ situation due to COVID - the system they have in place works well... they didn’t miss a beat! ~SM
