The staff at Gerber were very nice and kept us informed promptly. However, the first time we went to pick up our Jeep, there was a humming noise and vibration when we test drove it. We talked to Ethan and asked if he would drive it with us so he could hear it. He said he didn't need to because he knew what we were talking about as he had heard it, too. He commented that Jeep's sometimes sound like that. If it were a Wrangler with knobby tires, probably. But it is a Grand Cherokee. It did not make this sound before the accident. He said maybe it was the new tire they put on versus the older ones. He said they would rotate it to the back (it was the driver side front tire). He did make this rotation and we still had the noise. So we took it to our dealership and the left wheel bearing was replaced and it sounds fine now. Also, the day we picked up the Jeep it was parked outside and it was a little rainy and pretty cloudy. An initial look at the paint job and the way the hood and doors lined up looked pretty good. But later that weekend we got a better look at under lights in our garage and the paint job on the hood is awful. There are many dirt marks/fish eyes and a spot that looks scuffed. Because the car has been at the dealership, my husband is just now taking it back to Gerber this evening to talk to them about the paint job. And the JEEP emblem that was on the hood is missing.

Disappointed that Ethan did not tell us about the humming when driven. He clearly knew about it. Other than, that, they were very nice and professional.
