The initial appointment went well and we were told to bring the vehicle in the following Monday. One hour before our appointment I got a call and was told the parts weren’t in yet. We were able to get the car in 3 days later. It was a tight schedule for us because we had a pre planned trip. We got our car back just in time. Other than that it was a very easy process.

From: Brandi Lawson (Daughter) To: Gerber Collison & Glass in Temperance Michigan Gerber Collison & Glass gave me a estimate of 2 weeks of repairs to be ready 10/28/25, they finished it a day earlier 10/27/25, when I picked the car up on 10/31/25, Shelby was super sweet, respectful and helpful. After leaving the shop I could hear a knocking noise and was concerned, I called back later the same day & Brian asked if I could come back today 11/03/25 @ 10am so we could do a quick trip to see what it could be. He ended up taking the car into the shop, and had his employees fix it up. Brain had test drove it again and mentioned to me he didn't hear anything, that i was good to go, he told me to call back if i had any other concerns or i hear the noise again, he was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Brian & his team for any auto Collison repairs. Thank you for helping me get my dads car taken care of we appreciate it!
