Bumpers painted a different color and there is a large paint run on the opposite side of the one that was damage. Very disappointed.

The car runs very "loud".....you worked on and replaced parts on the exhaust and now something isn't right....I'm making plans to take it to mechanic to see what the issue is

They repaired the bumper but caused additional issues when they replaced the exhaust....the car sounds like it's going to blow up

I am so glad the insurance company taking care of my car being fixed mentioned Gerber! I have passed that place so many times over the years and actually never realized it was there! Gerber seemed to go above and beyond in every aspect of replacing parts damaged by the accident. They helped get Enterprise Car Rental lined up, they kept me informed of how all the repairs were going, they finished 2 days ahead of schedule and I am very pleased with all they have done. I would recommend them highly as I am very pleased. I will also place my little review on Facebook because they are so good!!

I am so glad the other person’s insurance told me about Gerber Collision and Glass! I live in Terrell and travel 148 at least 5 days a week yet I never actually noticed the business because I never needed it before. Your staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and arranged Enterprise Car Rental or they work together so well that I felt so well taken care of by both. Gerber had my car ready 2 days before anticipated and the repairs were done very well. From the receptionist, estimators, and all the staff; I was in great hands. I recommend Gerber Collision and Glass highly! Great job by everyone!
