Process was easy and flexible. Quick to receive the vehicle. Made sure all vehicle was inspected and all issues corrected. They even requested approval for other issues not originally quoted but needed to be repaired. Timing was great and process to pick up the car was also very easy and fast. Over all very satisfied with the service, follow ups during the repair process with updates on status and delivery of the unit. Will use the in the future for sure!

I have had several vehicles over the years that had to get body damage repaired. Gerber gets a 20 on the 10 scale for the work they did on my truck that got a major beat down in a golf ball size hail storm. Got my truck back and it looks better that the day I drove it off the dealership lot. Gerber’s communication, honesty, integrity, and genuine customer care is beyond amazing. Top it all off they finished the work several days EARLY ! This is absolutely a 5 Star shop.
