Everyone was very helpful and the whole process of repairing my car through insurance was a breeze. The issue I had was with the updates on my car. I kept receiving updates that my car was on schedule to be done on April 10th then suddenly I received a call saying it was done on April 7th. Luckily I had a long lunch that day and was able to pick it up or that could have been an issue.
