Was told all week was on time for Friday pickup until mid Thursday it switched to Monday

Hood is not aligned. Bolt very loose on hood where it connects to hinge. Out of town so had to tighten myself. Tires were over inflated had to let air out and perform release on TPS sensor. Glass on trunk lower seal is not right. Car was not buffed and had white specs on it as well as areas that had residue on it. Hood also has an area where paint appears to have chipped perhaps when installing in corner and a paint run on it.
