I love the fact that they let you know at least twice a week how things are going and any parts they had to order and are waiting for. They also are great detectives and find out why something weird happened.

The team goes above and beyond by promising to deliver updates on the vehicle every Tuesday and Thursday, and then always remembering to deliver those updates. Much appreciated in a day and age where that kind of service doesn’t happen much anymore!

This is the second time I have needed service from Gerber Collision & Glass. The first job they did was excellent and that's why I came back to them after a vehicle hit me and took off. The customer service at Gerber is the best from scheduling, to regular updates on their progress and at completion. When I pick up my 2017 vehicle, it looked beautiful. It looked like a brand new vehicle! I'm so glad I went back to them to get it fixed. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Gerber if/when they need their auto fixed. I give them a 10 of 10 stars. Thanks again.
