Excellent experience from start to finish. No one wants to have to be a customer of a collision shop, but the team at Gerber was a pleasure to work with. Michelle and Gwen were friendly, professional and extremely thorough. The communication was top notch and so thorough. It made what is not a fun experience so easy. In my time of stress, the staff at Gerber in Victor was absolutely wonderful. They calmed me, and without any pressure, assured me that they would take care of what needed to be done. They were polite, kind, helpful, and understanding. My car looks like new-better than before. They even cleaned it inside and out. The curtesy ride back to the shop to pick it up was appreciated very much. It was even ready before their expected date.
