I’m reassured that after the Gerber acquisition much of my trusted Austin Spencer team — including Pat — are still there. And that you’re still providing service, not just collision and glass. At least for now. I’d like to remain a loyal customer, but once you’ve abandoned the A-S team and the other automotive services it will be time for me to go elsewhere.
