Not this location, and because of my experience, 100% unlikely that I would recommend GC&G ever, anywhere. . I was charged Remove and Install Roof Rack, and this never happened. And there was no reason to R&I, it had no bearing on the repair. I was charged Remove and Install a fender because "it needs to be removed so that we can get the welder in there." There is no indication that these R&I's were needed or ever actually done. There was no one in the shop with whom to dispute the charge, nor to complain about the short weatherstripping. You want pictures? Tell me where to send them. I'm not even sure the "rust problem" around the windshield was actually taken care of, as the Office Attendant who gave me the car described the repair to the best of her knowledge as "some Bondo." The original price quote was ~$2200, with a litany of things that needed to be done in order to replace a broken windshield. I chose to forego "repainting" that would be necessary because of the "necessary welding" and got it down by $600. Then, I was told that GC&G would "knock off another $200" because they felt bad about the delay in repair. The $200 turned out to be some standard "discount" that was applied. I was told that any welding flash / sanding to bare metal (that drove the high cost of repair) would be covered with "premium primer" so that it didn't rust. The spot that was primed is no bigger than my closed palm. Again, you want pictures?

Windshield weatherstripping is 2" too short on each side (driver and passenger) at the bottom of the glass and will likely allow water intrusion. You want pictures? Tell me where to send them. The car was not cleaned before delivery, there was dirt, sanding dust, and rubber remnants over the entirety of the car. The office attendant offered to give us some cash to go through the carwash, but she didn't have any cash, so we couldn't. The shop had to get to the battery compartment, and had to pop out some of the plastic buttons that attach piece to piece. About half the plastic buttons were never put back.

Return of the automobile was delayed twice, one explanation that "our welder just quit, and a new one won't be here till tomorrow." When I went to finally retrieve my automobile there was only one person in the office who verbally admitted that she "didn't know anything" because the two other guys from the office had been "pulled out" of the North Richland Hills location to go "to another location." There was no way for me to process my credit card so I had to leave my CC numbers on a piece of paper, and the office attendant promised to "call them in" to someone somewhere for processing, which later that day she did.
