My appointment to drop the car off was on a Monday. I was told that I would have my car back in a week to 10 days but after a week no work had been done. I could have had the use of my car for an additional week! The good news is that the car was towed to Gerber Collision in Waterford where Chris expedited the car repair and got the car finished in time for me to go on a planned vacation. Chris was awesome!

I have had my SUV repaired at two separate Gerber locations and both did a great job.

Very satisfied. I would give it a 10 but I have only had my car back for two days. I should probably answer this question when I have driven the car at least 30 days based on the extensive amount of repair that was done on my vehicle. I hope all stays well.

They had my car for 5 weeks the only communication I got was when I called them they discovered more damage so my date was as extended as expected I got a text random with a 6 week out completion date so I called and was told no those are pre generated that’s not the date ext every time I called I was given a different excuse until my husband went up there then they called asking what they could do can we clean the car etc etc to please him! Very frustrating!! I did get my car back after 5 weeks everything seems fine not the greatest paint job but at this point I’m done! I would not go back there

I would drive many miles out of my way to use Gerber Collision but I am lucky they are just a mile from my house. They are personable, friendly and very professional. Excellent communication and timing.
