The ladies in the office were so sweet and helpful, and my car seems to be fine. Just picked it up today. I felt like they completed the work in a timely manner and stayed in touch with me very well. I would certainly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Wonderful job! I was hit by large lifted Ram truck in my small Venue Limited, crushing lift gate, tail light, bumper, panel. Gerber repaired everything perfectly! All seams flush and perfect, paint clear coat finishes glossy and No calibration radar/camera errors perfect as required by Hyundai. Great job! I have used a few other body shops not as good. Gerber did a terrific job!!

They took our car in for a claim. They made arrangements and it was an easy drop off. We didn’t have rental coverage, but they shared a company they kind of work with that would lower rates. We did that and it worked just fine. They kept me updated with the car. And pickup was just as smooth. We could even drop the rental off at their location. Only thing was I felt it took a little longer than it should have but that’s minimal. Great overall experience.

There are issues with the car that are not preexisting. 1 the driver seat slightly slides when coming to a stop. No matter where it's placed each stop comes with a slight slide. As if it's not locked completely into place. It makes sense that the hard rear impact the car took could have caused this issue. 2 the rear tire that the bumper was pushed into appears to be leaking. The tire is less than 6 months old with very minimal miles on it since I began working from home 3 months ago. 3 the alignment is WAY off. It seems reasonable to expect that an alignment would have been done with straightening the frame.

Front glass was scratched, needed to be replaced. The interior headliners left dirty with fingerprints, needed to be cleaned. However, they were responsive and quickly replaced front window and upholstery was cleaned. Leslie was super nice and very helpful. They would have gotten a higher rate if it wasn’t for the inconvenience of having to return for repairs.
