1. Turn signals were non-functional when the car was returned, forcing my wife to turn around. 2. Seat belts are so improperly reinstalled, that they are no longer height adjustable, bind on the plastic overshroud when retracting and returning, and no longer have the plastic shroud over the floor mount bracket. 3. The overhead center console appears to be offset, and the trim around the console has gaps where it was reinstalled incorrectly. 4. Dust all over the interior of the car, especially on the roof fabric near the center overhead console and sun shades/vanity mirrors. 5. The interior surface of the windshield and all other windows is greasy and smudged.

My wife mentioned the seatbelts felt wrong to the front counter person (when returning to the location, because the turn signals were not functioning). They pulled straight down on the seatbelt without sitting in the car or attempting to put the seatbelt on, and claimed they were working correctly. Earlier in the day (Friday), they called saying that they were trying to hurry up and finish the car by the end of the day. My wife specifically stated that there was no need to rush and we could wait until Monday. Apparently finishing by Friday was more important than cleaning up the vehicle or reinstalling components correctly.

James, I believe who help me out from the begin to the end is professional and friendly. He know his work and help out other at ease. My work done on my Honda paint job side pane was beautiful done. He told me it might not exactly match but will try to close come to it. After five days, I saw the job paint that was done. It's nicely done. Paint job well match. I also, notice that my car was washed and look shine and new again. Thank you for that extra care. You guys are awesome.
